-Deeds There is a charge of $100.00 additional for each deed. (This is to transfer your property into the name of your trust and must be done to avoid probate. Remember you MUST Fund your trust. You may do it yourself but it is not an easy process. We MUST have a copy of the current deed in order to prepare your transfer documents properly. We Do Not Do Indian Land Deeds!)

1. Fill out questionnaire as accurately as you can. If we are preparing a deed you MUST provide us with a copy of your deed. This is strictly confidential and will be returned to you. Then choose your method of payment.

2. We review your answers and prepare your Living Trust per your instructions. If we have any questions we will contact you. Meanwhile find a notary locally that can be present when you sign your documents.
